University - Requirements Analyst

As an IT Business Analyst, you’ll work to develop leading-edge applications. Working with your team of architects, developers, testers, DevSecOps engineers, data scientists, and alongside subject matter specialists, you’ll identify clients’ business needs, gather user requirements, and develop user stories. You’ll understand the overall direction and nuanced user needs clearly, and you’ll guide your team as they fulfill these needs by creating deployable features. Together, you’ll deliver high business value products to the client and end-users.

You Have:
Experience with using Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, and Word to develop creative, client-ready products
Ability to work in a team-oriented, inclusive, and collaborative work environment with the team to achieve consensus
Ability to work in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment with aggressive project timelines and continual client delivery
Ability to obtain a security clearance
Scheduled to obtain a Bachelor’s degree by Spring of 2024
Nice If You Have:
Experience with working in cross-functional, Agile teams to design large-scale, digital experiences that meet business objectives
Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools, including Axure, Balsamiq, Figma, or Sketch
Experience in working with the military
Secret clearance

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $42,600.00 to $87,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
