Cyber Policy and Doctrine Analyst, Senior

Key Role:

Serve as a subject matter expert and leverage expertise in Navy and Marine Corps operations in the Information Environment (OIE) policy and capabilities. Work individually on the analysis and recommendations of technology solutions individually and as a team member. Work with senior miltary officials to integrate a service-wide strategy and campaign planning documents. Support military clients by analyzing development of Cyber workforce training and development plans. Develop innovative service offerings by applying a mix of strategic and technical knowledge of Navy and Marine Corps network environments, Cyberspace operations, up-to-date technologies, and Marine Corps force requirements.  Build out a network of government and industry points of contact in order to explore new partnerships. Attract and assist in the hiring of diverse and market-ready technical talent.

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience with Navy or Marine Corps (N/MC) communications, network operations, Cybersecurity, defensive Cyberspace operations and programs or projects

-Experience in working with senior-level decision-makers within the DoD, Department of the Navy, and individual Armed Services

-Knowledge of HQMC-level organizations, DoD and DoN policies, and the relationships between primary N/MC operations, engineering, and acquisition organizations

-Active Top Secret clearance

-BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with working as a project manager and leading programs involving IW/Cyber operations, network management, or technology services

-Ability to work with and report to senior military leadership

-Possession of excellent oral and written communications skills

-TS/SCI clearance

-BA or BS degree in IT, IW, or a related technical field

-PMP and IAM II certification, including CISM or CISSP
