Marine Corps Task List Analyst

Key Role:

Perform multiple readiness support functions including managing the Marine Corps Information Operations Center (MCIOC) ​entries into the Defense Readiness Reporting System – Marine Corps (DRRS-MC) ​and ensure Mission Essential Tasks (MET) are properly assessed, updated, and reported. Plan and incorporate Information Operations (IO) and Information Related Capability requirements into the Marine Corps Task List (MCTL), unit Mission Essential Task Lists (METL), and the Training & Readiness (T&R) continuum. Assist in integrating these fundamental IO products, concepts, and doctrine into formal MCIOC home station training, formal school programs of instruction, and Master Scenario Events Lists. Maintain knowledge of and identify emerging IO joint and service-specific doctrine and policy to recommend revisions for accuracy and completeness.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience with Information Operations (IO)

  • Experience with developing IO requirements

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with DRRS-MC and MET

  • Experience in developing requirements for MCTL, METL, and T&R

  • Knowledge of IO joint and service-specific doctrine and policy

  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication

  • Completion of Service or Joint IO Planning Course
