We need an experienced SharePoint Developer who will use their passion to guide a development team to learn new tools and techniques, identify and implement system improvements, and mentor teammates. This is an opportunity to solve problems in military medical Service by collaborating with a development team to build a technologic solution for process improvements with user centric design. You’ll coordinate UI/UX designers and back-end developers to create a seamless user experience using SharePoint. Your team will ensure accessibility for all users by developing a front end that functions across browsers, platforms, and devices while meeting accessibility and security requirements. You Have:

• 2+ years of experience with developing OOTB and code-based solutions for the SharePoint 2010 and SharePoint 2013 environments or SharePoint Online and O365 environments
• 2+ years of experience with using CAML queries, SPServices and REST API architecture to retrieve and update SharePoint library data
• 2+ years of experience with applying custom branding to SharePoint master pages, modifying sites by leveraging CSS, HTML, JavaScript, and JQuery libraries
• 2+ years of experience with using SharePoint Designer to create workflows and customize SharePoint lists, libraries, and pages
• 2+ years of experience with using Microsoft InfoPath 2010 and 2013 to customize SharePoint form templates
• Experience with the SharePoint Client-Side Object Model as it relates to using JavaScript and JQuery libraries to manipulate SharePoint form and page content
• Ability to conduct data gathering, research, and analysis, design and develop recommendations, and communicate through briefings and written documents
• Ability to develop and maintain technical design artifacts and requirements documentation
• Secret clearance
• BA or BS degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with the Agile development methodology
• Experience with Power Automate and Flow capabilities
• Experience with Microsoft Visio
• Experience with the Air Force or DoD clients
• Ability to be a self-starter, multitask in a fast-paced environment, and prioritize multiple tasks with minimal supervision
• Ability to liaise between stakeholders, project managers, and a technical team to comprehend the client mission and translate into recommendations for technical solutions
