ASW Program Analyst, Mid

The Challenge:

You know the secret to a successful project is tracking the balance between resources and performance. You can look at metrics, identify risk indicators, and plan changes to keep the project within budget and on time while achieving goals successfully. What if you could use those project analysis skills to make a difference in today’s Navy? We have an opportunity for a project analyst to join our team as we define, produce, sustain, and refresh Anti-Submarine Warfare systems to support responses to National Security threats.

On our team, you’ll author and update a technology roadmap depicting research and development investment priorities for a mature, but continually improving system of systems in the Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW) mission area. You’ll monitor cost, schedule, and performance using tools. Including Microsoft Visio and Excel and lead daily interactions with the internal client and external stakeholders. The real power of project analysis comes from communication, so you’ll support major stakeholder interactions and provide coordination to support seamless iterations. You’ll provide support for the management and execution of multiple technology projects annually. We focus on growing as a team, so you’ll share your expertise and mentor other analysts. This is a chance to use your analysis skills while expanding your project management experience. Join us and make sure our Anti-Submarine Warfare project stays on-time and within budget as we improve technological advantages.
