Program Analyst, Mid

The Challenge:

Are you searching for a position where you can use your program analysis skills to make a difference? A program requires a significant investment of limited resources across multiple projects. With that level of complexity, you need a skilled program analyst examining how those resources are used and keeping the program on the path to success. That’s why we need you, a program analyst who can ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.

You'll provide daily programmatic support to the assistant program manager (APM) of a DoD Navy program office. You'll coordinate tasks, track programmatic and technical issues, support meetings, draft weekly activity reports, develop Microsoft PowerPoint program briefs, and perform general program management tasking, as required. You'll coordinate with other government points of contact and program office functional leads in regard to the program. You'll assist with building and updating program schedules in Microsoft Project. You'll develop, edit, and update technical Microsoft PowerPoint briefs, as required. You'll respond to various actions to support technical and requirements working groups.

You Have:

-5+ years of experience with the DoD

-Experience with providing technical program support

-Experience with managing task assignments and projects, information assurance disciplines, and network security technologies

-Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project

-Secret clearance required

-BA or BS degree required

-Ability to obtain PMP Certification within 30 days of hire

-Ability to work independently and on a team

-Possession of excellent organizational skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-TS/SCI clearance

-PMP Certification
