Surface Warfare Analyst, Mid

Key Role:

Report changes, trends, and implications regarding the design and integration of evolving systems and instrumentation. Solve complex information requirements problems via a combination of analytic judgment and proven analytic practices. Prepare briefings and reports on analysis methodologies and results. Conduct required research on a particular task to provide the best possible recommendations and solutions in support of the client.

Basic Qualifications:

-1+ years of experience as a Surface Warfare Officer

-Knowledge of Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD), Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW), Surface Warfare (SUW), Amphibious Warfare (AMW,) and Information Operations (IO) as related to Surface Warfare Core Competency

-Ability to take on assignments and work as a team, or individually, to accomplish tasks as assigned by the client

-Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with a combination of afloat platforms, CRUDES, Amphib, MCM, or LCS

-Experience with using Microsoft Office, including Excel

-Knowledge of the Navy or Marine Corp planning processes

-Ability to develop briefs to and for the Commander and Client using Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe suite
