Surface Warfare Personnel Analyst, Senior

Key Role:

Bring in-depth understanding and expertise to one or more aspects of service or joint missions, processes, and culture. Apply advanced consulting skills and extensive technical expertise. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience with Navy Human Resources processes, systems and databases
  • Experience with Surface Warfare Command at Sea experience or senior level DoD government experience
  • Knowledge of the Surface Warfare Enterprise
  • Ability to analyze Manpower issues using analytical processes and make readiness improvement recommendations
  • Experience with MS Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word
  • Secret clearance
  • BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with Navy personnel systems

Clearance:
