Systems Engineer, Junior

As a systems engineer on our team, you’ll design and assess Navy cyber and C4I systems using systems engineering principles, processes, and frameworks. This is your chance to develop your skills in systems engineering while gaining mentoring and experience in cybersecurity and risk assessment. You Have:

  • Knowledge of engineering principles and processes
  • Ability to work in a team environment to develop technical solutions
  • Ability to develop technical documentation to support customer mission solutions
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance
  • Scheduled to obtain a BA or BS degree in a technical field by June 2021
  • Ability to obtain a Security+ CE or IAT Level II Certification within 120 days of hire

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience in a professional work or internship environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with industry engineering programs or projects
  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills, including developing technical papers and presentations to communicate solutions to customers
  • Secret clearance
  • Pursuing a BS degree in an Engineering field preferred; MS degree in Engineering or a related technical field a plus
  • INCOSE ASEP Certification
  • Security+ CE or IAT Level II Certification

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
