Operations Analyst, Senior

Key Role:

Provide analytical support for the formulation of necessary actions, plans, and policies to successfully complete a client development plan, including recommending force structure updates to ensure mission success for sustaining the command during armistice and crisis and providing routine logistics analysis. Consult on all facets of South Korean sustainment strategic and operational programs, including people, process, and technology. Analyze effective and efficient guidelines, procedures, processes, and plans for recommendation to the Command, including actions on transition support for current operations, unit movement and stationing, contingencies and crisis actions, and logistical support requirements. Maintain responsibility for project deliverables and client relations.

Basic Qualifications:

-10+ years of experience at the strategic or operational level and working in a professional logistics environment

-10+ years of experience in working with military plans or operations environments at the Service or Joint level

-5+ years of experience with working directly for General or Flag officers

-2+ years of experience with working on military logistics planning in South Korea

-Experience with the development, analysis, and assessment of theater level Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS) exercises and capabilities and requirements to support a major operation plan (OPLAN)

-Experience with observing, collating, and inputting into the Joint Lessons Learned Information System (JLLIS)

-Knowledge of the Combatant Command client's relationships and missions

-Knowledge of client transformation efforts and associated OPLANs

-Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
