Military Information Support Operations Advisor, Senior

Key Role:

Serve as a subject matter expert and leverage expertise in Navy and Marine Corps policy and capabilities, specializing in Psychological Operations. Assist leadership with identifying opportunities for capability integration in support of Operations in the Information Environment as part of broader Marine Air Ground Task Force and Naval operations. Develop innovative service offerings by applying a mix of strategic and technical knowledge of Navy and Marine Corps operating environments, Military Information Support Operations, up-to-date technologies, and Marine Corps force requirements. Work individually or as a team member in the analysis of technical requirements and the development of recommendations regarding solutions. Build out a network of government and industry points of contact to explore new partnerships. Attract and assist with the hiring of diverse and market-ready technical talent. Brief results of marketing activity to senior leadership and provide updates on growth measures.

Basic Qualifications:

-10+ years of experience with Navy or Marine Corps Military Information Support Operations and Psychological Operations

-Experience in working with senior-level decision-makers in the DoD, Department of the Navy, and individual Armed Services

-Experience with the relationships between government and industry

-Knowledge of HQMC-level organizations, DoD and DoN policies, and the relationships between primary Navy and Marine Corps operations, engineering, and acquisition organizations

-TS/SCI clearance

-BA or BS degree or 3 years of experience with military information support operations, Cybersecurity, or electronic warfare

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with the authorities and legal boundaries of governing DoD military information support operations

-Experience with DoD capability development processes

-Experience with working as project manager and leading programs involving Psychological Operations, Information Operations, or technology services

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-BA or BS degree in Regional Studies or another MISO-related program preferred

-Graduation from the JFK Special Warfare Center Psychological Operations Course preferred
