Key Role:
Provide operational and technical analyst with recommendations to maintain competitive C2 advantage. Provide plan of action and milestones, meeting minutes, points of maintenance, database, and portal support. Provide requirements bi-directional traceability capability and tracks requirements changes. Convene and conduct forums with collaboration at high-levels. Perform operational and capabilities functions representing and championing operational warfighter issues at multiple progressive levels such as employment, development, and design. Provide analytical and technical recommendations at the Work Group (WG) and Operational Planning Team (OPT) to inform Senior level client for review or approval, ensuring timely decision-making.
Basic Qualifications:
4+ years of experience with Systems Engineering
Knowledge of requirements analysis
Knowledge of Joint Command and Control
Ability to attend forums and working groups to document C2 requirements
Ability to engage with senior Government personnel in Government forums
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience in the Joint Staff
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Ability to maintain a Plan of Action & Milestones (POA&M)
