Ground Systems Engineer

As a ground system engineer on our team, you’ll have the chance to work on future Army ground vehicle systems including manned and unmanned to improve system survivability, mobility, protection, and payload and to modernize legacy platforms with emerging technologies. You will participate and manage activities that include modeling and simulation, test and evaluation, data analysis and processing, and requirements development. This is your chance to develop your skills in integrating the latest technologies on current and future systems while gaining mentoring and experience with all aspects of vehicle design, development, and testing. You Have:

-5+ years of experience with engineering

-3+ years of experience with Army ground vehicle systems, including manned or unmanned

-3+ years of experience with test and evaluation (T&E) of Army ground vehicle systems technologies

-Experience with DoD and Army policies, processes, and acquisition

-Ability to be a proactive problem solver and work independently

-Ability to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree

Nice If You Have:

-Experience with the DoD 5000 acquisitions processes

-Experience with modeling and simulation

-Experience with signal processing and data reduction

-Possession of excellent client service, organizational, analytical, and time management skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Secret clearance

-MA or MS degree in a STEM-related field
