Naval Program Analyst, Senior

Key Role:

Act as a program and project manager to support the Navy acquisition and sustainment program offices. Support analysts required to provide direct support to Navy acquisition and logistics professionals, work with Navy uniform personnel, and industry teaming partners. Work independently, in small teams, and across a broad community of interest to produce reports, briefs, plans, and budget analyses. Provide program and project management support, budget and schedule tracking, developing of briefing materials, research and report development, managing and facilitating meetings, and administrative activities required to support the program. Apply comprehension of Navy surface ship operations, combat systems, and weapon systems. 

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience with working in a Navy program office
  • Experience with Navy shipboard operations, combat and weapon systems integration, and sustainment activities
  • Experience with leading and managing complex tasks involving building briefs, tracking budgets and schedules, and working across functional communities
  • Secret clearance required
  • HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of NAVSEA program offices, acquisition, budgetary processes, and systems engineering
  • BA or BS degree

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
