In this role, you'll work closely with Booz Allen teammates and government colleagues to build and develop enterprise knowledge management solutions for our clients to improve processes and systems to move the organization forward. Thanks to our mentoring and training resources, you'll also be able to hone your skills and mature into a stronger knowledge manager and IC specialist solving systemic challenges. You Have:

  • 3+ years of experience working with clients, stakeholders, and end users to understand organizational needs and mission requirements and building, managing, and implementing proposed knowledge management solutions or strategies

  • Experience within an intelligence element at a Service Component Command, Combatant Command, or national-level intelligence agency

  • Experience administrating, developing, and maintaining enterprise solutions using Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Office365 platforms on multiple DoD systems and networks, including NIPRNet, SIPRNet, and JWICS

  • Experience organizing data, establishing file structures, and ensuring information is captured and stored in locations accessible to authorized users

  • Experience posting, editing, distributing, and maintaining appropriate content on classified and unclassified websites and portals

  • Knowledge of web development tools and languages, such as JavaScript, HTML, or CSS

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • HS diploma or GED and 9+ years of experience in a professional work environment, Associate's degree and 7+ years of experience in a professional work environment, or Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in a professional work environment

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint 2016 through 2019 and Office365 platforms and either SharePoint Designer 2013 or Power Automate

  • Experience promoting knowledge sharing through the organization's operational business processes and systems, improving integration across sections and teams, and facilitating seamless exchange of information

  • Experience with communications and change management across clients, stakeholders, and end users

  • Knowledge of data and tools associated with all source intelligence analysis or intelligence disciplines, including HUMINT, GEOINT, SIGINT, or OSINT

  • Possession of excellent documentation, organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills

  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
