We’re looking for an experienced communications specialist like you who is ready to grow and willing to win for the client and live our mission every day. Here, you’ll advance your consulting skills to design, develop, produce, and consult on a variety of internal and external communication materials and media that supports criminal justice.

 

As a communications specialist on our team, you’ll closely impact the development of creative solutions to complex problems. Your self-guided yet collaborative spirit will shape and nurture relationships with team members, stakeholders, and clients to facilitate acceptance of new policies, processes, and initiatives.  

 

As a collaborator on all aspects of verbal and written communications, you’ll author social media content, website content, email messages, and outreach to the criminal justice field.

You Have:   

  • 3+ years of experience executing interactive media strategies for an assigned portfolio, including set-up, optimization, and reporting

  • Experience producing online webinars and other interactive media strategies using tools such as Webex, serving as the technical liaison between presenters and audience

  • Experience conducting webinar and interactive media training sessions with presenters

  • Experience recording, editing, and redistributing live video content for on-demand viewing as part of interactive media strategies

  • Experience providing technical support and communicating with customers to ensure digital activities meet goals and perform satisfactorily

  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
