Job Description
The Opportunity:
Do you want to use your creativity, problem-solving, and storytelling skills to improve organizational mission performance in global defense? You understand there is no single or easy solution to prepare for the unforeseen. By creating and testing real-world scenarios, you know how to help government organizations make faster and smarter decisions based on data.
As an Exercise Planner on our team, you’ll support unit training and exercises, including designing, developing, executing, and evaluating client training and certification exercises and wargames. You'll provide general administrative support and assist in the overall management of the planning, scheduling, and resourcing of client participation and hosting of exercises. You’ll listen to client challenges and identify threats, gaps, or risks that need to be explored and provide a safe space for recommendations that will make a lasting, real-world impact.
You’ll have the chance to work cross-functionally with the Training Team to coordinate training assistance visits and with the Exercise Support Team to provide requisite exercise program support. You will also attend Exercise planning conferences and teleconferences to facilitate client participation.
Bring your skills to Booz Allen and discover solutions that will shape the future and help government organizations thrive.
