Climate Resilience Project Manager

The Opportunity:

As an Installation Climate Resilience Plan (ICRP) Project Manager (PM) on our team, you’ll learn to use discussions and workshops with leadership, engineers, and analysts to collaboratively develop a full picture of an installation's climate resilience status and develop projects to address climate threats through broad support with other PMs. Once you have a solid understanding of where and how the organization can improve, you’ll lay out the path forward – and the expected results – to internal and client leadership. This is your chance to gain experience in climate and energy projects while growing your consulting skills.

You Have:

  • 3+ years of experience as a project or program manager

  • Knowledge of environmental or climate challenges that can impact installations or facilities

  • Ability to write reports following an exact template

  • Ability to independently develop deliverables

  • Ability to work in teams for programmatic activities

  • Ability to lead meetings and discussions with senior leadership

  • Ability to manage a schedule and workload, to successfully work on multiple projects simultaneously

  • Ability to work and communicate with technical experts

  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience within the DoD or Air Force

  • Possession of a proactive nature and eagerness to make calls, to make progress on projects

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
