The Opportunity:
As an operations analyst, you'll serve as a Subject Matter Expert on our team, applying technology concept development expertise to advise and assist our Department of Defense client to reduce non-traditional threats around the world.
You’ll provide inputs to your client with operational coordination of Warfighter engagement events, such as facilitating analysis of early technologies for operational considerations, including form, fit, function, or CONOPS/CONEMPS. You will be attending relevant enterprise and technical meetings, reviews, conferences, and stay informed of current and ongoing work. You’ll analyze complex problems and develop solutions using problem solving techniques to address and resolve issues.

You Have:
3+ years of experience in a professional work environment
Experience with Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook
Knowledge of military operation and planning
Knowledge of Chemical and Biological Defense Program
Ability to break down complex unstructured problems, lay out objective approaches, and develop solutions
Ability to communicate complex technical subjects to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in International Relations or National Security
Nice If You Have:
Experience assessing and developing pre-fielded technologies
Experience in Military operations
Experience with the Chemical Biological Defense Program
Experience with Materiel development and acquisition process
Possession of excellent written and oral communication skills
Master’s degree
Top Secret clearance
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
