Job Description
Key Role:
Conduct analysis, provide recommendations, and support staff planning for the development and integration of Command, Control, Communications, and Computers (C4) support plans into operational plans. Review crisis and contingency response concepts of operations and analyze the drafting of functional C4 policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and annexes to component-level contingency plans and steady-state campaign plans. Support component-level participation in combatant command and service C4 conferences, working groups, exercise planning, and staff processes to align service capabilities and activities with Joint and service strategic objectives. Provide support to command readiness and assessment evaluations and develop C4-related country plan objectives. Leverage decision-support products to inform senior-leader decisions.
Basic Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as a C4 planner in a cross-functional environment
3+ years of experience planning and conducting large-scale C4 events requiring coordination with multiple organizations and departments
3+ years of experience supporting high-level headquarters staff
3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint, developing PowerPoint slides, and presenting to or briefing senior leadership
Ability to manage planning efforts of multiple events simultaneously
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor’s degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience leading Operational Planning Teams and writing Operational Plan Annex K and C4 systems
Experience planning and executing Marine Corps C4 operations in Joint and combined operations or large-scale exercises
Experience with NATO, Allied, and Mission Partner Environment Networks
Knowledge of Joint, Naval, and USMC C4 doctrine and capabilities
Knowledge of Marine Corps' roles, missions, capabilities, and structure
Knowledge of the Marine Corps Planning Process and Joint Planning Process
Knowledge of Security Cooperation and development of Country Plan objectives
Knowledge of DoD, Partner Nation, and International Organizations plan objectives
Possession of excellent interpersonal, organizational, and verbal and written communication skills
Completion of Professional Military Education, including Expeditionary Warfare School, Command and Staff College, School of Advanced Warfare, Naval Post Graduate School, or equivalent
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
