We’re looking for an expert like you to create solutions for missions that keep our nation safe. You will serve as part of a team of deployment, resourcing, and support experts.
This role is an essential part of U.S. Army’s effort to build a persistent forward presence in the theater. You will assist a DoD client in refining and implementing a comprehensive human resources system for a dispersed workforce, operating in a non-standard, OCONUS location, in a bilateral setting on a rotational basis. You'll provide varying levels of support from early identification of personnel for processing, training, and deployment, to managing emerging personnel issues, to customer support, process improvement, and human resources operations for U.S. service members entering and departing the region. You will assist personnel with onboarding, movement, and operational activities, ensuring a positive and seamless experience joining and acclimating to the forward unit. You'll establish personnel management procedures, conduct in-country coordination for personnel support, communicate with forward entities, and support crisis-action duties and responsibilities.

You Have:
10+ years of experience with Human Resources in a large, complex DoD environment
Experience with engaging and consulting with senior leaders to provide people-focused solutions
Experience with policy analysis, procedures, training, compensation, benefits, performance or talent management, recruiting, resource management, or diversity, equity, and inclusion
Experience with using Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Knowledge of DoD HR administration and management principles, information systems, and practices
Ability to be flexible, exercise initiative, innovate, and take poorly defined problems and convert them into questions for which practical solutions can be defined
Ability to travel in region a minimum of once every six months
Secret clearance

SPHR or PHR Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
