As a Communications Professional, you know how to inform and engage key audiences and help promote an organization’s desired reputation. We’re looking for a Communications Specialist like you, who is ready to grow and willing to win for the client and live our mission every day. Here, you’ll grow your consulting skills to design, develop, produce, and consult on a variety of internal and external communication materials and media supporting an Intelligence Community client.
As a Communications Specialist on our team, you’ll closely impact the development of creative solutions to complex problems. Your self-guided yet collaborative spirit will build and nurture relationships with team members, stakeholders, and clients to deliver impactful communications campaigns that engage the workforce, drive acceptance of policies and programs, encourage attendance at events, and provide critical information.
As a collaborator on all aspects of oral and written communications, you’ll create a variety of communications materials, including articles, announcements, web copy, newsletters, leadership or executive communications, and more.

You Have:
1+ years of experience in a professional work environment, including internships
Knowledge of communications best practices and trends
Ability to write compelling content for a variety of audiences with minimal oversight, delivering work on time
Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Scheduled to obtain a Bachelor's degree by Spring/Summer 2025
Nice If You Have:
Experience with corporate communications, journalism, marketing, or public relations
Experience supporting the Intelligence Community
Knowledge of client communications channels and processes
Master's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $47,000.00 to $96,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
