Key Role:
Provide oversight of engineering and manufacturing operations with a focus on technical acumen, risk control, quality delivery, and safety. Oversee all engineering and manufacturing operations, emphasizing technical excellence, risk mitigation, quality assurance, and safety. Direct Pre-Production Engineering and Production or Manufacturing functions to ensure successful delivery of all PCB-based priority investment initiatives. Establish and refine world-class EMP processes for efficient technology development and deployment, while upholding rigorous technical discipline and a culture of safety across the PCB Flagship and R&D labs. Apply advanced technological expertise to deliver scalable solutions, enhance EMP impact, and ensure optimal team deployment within strategic and cost parameters. Cultivate supply chain partnerships, lead classified manufacturing capability standup, implement cost efficiency measures, and support the client in advancing Engineering Labs and Facilities Strategy.
Basic Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in the engineering and manufacturing of defense programs, including the design, build, manufacture, and test of military systems
10+ years of experience in leading capture and proposal activities for defense solutions acquisitions
10+ years of experience in program management roles, including leading technical teams to successful deliver on complex programs
Experience in technical risk assessment and mitigation
Knowledge of Systems Engineering, AS9100 or ISO 9001-based quality management systems, and manufacturing best practices
Ability to elicit and interpret client requirements and translate them into actionable, costed engineering solutions
Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary internal teams, including developers, engineers, architects, manufacturing and industrial technicians, quality assurance, business operations, and corporate enterprise groups
Ability to apply deep technology skills to deliver and scale technical solutions and operationalize reusable solutions for client delivery
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
Additional Qualifications:
5+ years of experience developing and executing business strategies to achieve successful and quality growth
Experience with delivery programs, clients, and industry relationships across the US Navy or Marine Corps
Experience with delivery programs across the US Air Force, Army, Combatant Commands, and the Intelligence Community
Ability to build and leverage relationships in the company and with the federal government and industry
Ability to research, analyze, and remain abreast of technical and competitive trends and emerging technologies, and to assess their strategic value or risk to the organization
Ability to use analytic skills to interpret business and operational performance data
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $162,800.00 to $303,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
