Logistics Project Manager

Key Role:

Serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and advisor to senior leadership on all facilities, project issues, and logistics requirements management. Oversees the development, review, and execution of Logistics facilities projects, ensuring logistics training ranges and infrastructure meet mission tasks and operational requirements. Provides operational support for acquisition, design, construction, maintenance, and operation of real property facilities across key locations to ensure capabilities are in place for OPLANs, CONPLANs, Theater Security Cooperation (TSC), and training exercises. Advises on complex facilities and MILCON issues spanning international agreements, USMC operations, airfield development, real estate and base development strategies, BRAC, ISSAs, OSHA, and security considerations, while coordinating across multiple commands and Host Nation stakeholders to synchronize requirements and ensure operational readiness

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Marine Corps logistician, including as a Senior SNCO or Officer, at Regiment level or higher
  • Experience in facilities requirements, MILCON, and logistics planning
  • Experience with using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Marine Corps logistics operations
  • Top Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED and 5+ years of experience in Marine Corps Logistics Operations, or Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in Marine Corps Logistics Operations

Additional Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience with DPRI supporting Indo-Pacific posture initiatives
  • Experience with international agreements, U.S.–Japan bilateral processes, and Host Nation-funded construction programs
  • Experience in joint or combined operations planning within the Indo-Pacific
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,300.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
