The Opportunity:
As a program management and acquisition professional, you are familiar with the Defense Acquisition System processes to acquire and deliver innovative and effective capabilities, solutions, and services to the Warfighter: Requirements, Resource Allocation, and Acquisition - Adaptive Acquisition Framework (AAF) Pathways and Contract Management.
As a Federal Acquisition Management Professional at Booz Allen, you will serve as an Acquisition Program Analyst performing day-to-day program management and action officer functions for a Navy client. You will collaborate with Program Management Office (PMO) staff, internal and external stakeholders, and mission partners to provide management and oversight of a highly technical Middle Tier of Acquisition (MTA) program.

You Have:
7+ years of experience in a Program Management Office (PMO) supporting a DoD Major Defense Acquisition Program or Major System program
Experience with DoD AAF Pathways, Governance processes, Pathway selection or determination, and Implementation of a single or the use of multiple pathways, or transition across acquisition pathways
Knowledge of federal laws, Executive authorities, DoD and DoN issuances, regulations, guidance, and federal standards
Ability to prepare and manage MTA program documentation, reporting, and reviews such as Acquisition Strategy, Transition Plan, Cost Estimate, Program Schedule, Program Information Data -initial, PB, and final, MTA Report to Congress, and MTA Program Health Reporting
Ability to prepare SES and Flag-level briefs, report to Congress, program reports, program review briefs, and various correspondence
Ability to review, edit, and provide comments on acquisition documents, program review briefs, program reports, program health assessments, audits, congressional and media inquiries, and other written materials for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements and guidance
Ability to support program planning, assist with budget execution activities, and analyze and track allocations, obligations, and expenditures, such as POM, BES, DPG, PDM, PB, RMD, PRR, UFRs, or RDOCs
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience with Naval Sea Systems Command
Experience with Special Access Program
Experience with DoD and DoN authoritative systems of record, such as DAVE, RDAIS, Advana, Jupiter, NEPS, AMS, PBIS, PIEE, ASSIST, and AAFDID
Experience in Microsoft Office 365 Suite applications, including SharePoint
Knowledge of Special Access Program policies, regulations, and guidance
Knowledge of contract management lifecycle and Contract strategy types, such as Sole Source, OT, Multiyear, Contract types, and Contract or Procurement policy and regulations, such as FAR, DFARS, and NMCARs
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Possession of strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
