  • Ensure data handling complies with USMC and DoD cybersecurity and governance standards.
  • Establish quantitative and qualitative metrics and key performance indicators to drive technical outcomes and conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to assess training effectiveness, system ROI, and cost avoidance.
  • Apply predictive analytics to forecast system demand, training requirements, and enterprise resource needs.
  • Present data findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders using your knowledge of databases, USMC Systems, and Microsoft Office Suite, to support leadership decision-making, aligned with Force Design and Training and Education 2030, and campaign plans.
  • Support operational assessments and experiments by designing data collection frameworks, analyzing outcomes, and drafting after-action reports.
  • Deliver training and familiarization sessions to staff on the use of data tools and dashboards.
  • Use your technical knowledge and analytical mindset to support client and stakeholder relationships.
  • Research, develop, and test data methodologies, and generate cross-functional solutions through collection, interpretation, and analysis of data sets.
  • Produce dashboards, executive-level reports, and visualizations through different formats such as Power BI, Tableau, or Dundas BI.
  • Grow your communication and technical skills by creating data-centric solutions across the Marine Corps.

Work with us to help drive large-scale business and process decisions through data insights.
