As a Defense Mission Expert, you'll bring your tactical and technical expertise to work with leaders in various technical fields on projects for Training and Education. You’ll provide support to Marines utilizing Live, Virtual, and Constructive systems as part of their training. You’ll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and we’ll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, and processes in order to improve the training environment for the Marine Corps.

Work with us to help to deliver Live, Virtual, and Constructive systems to the client and help the Marine Corps increase training readiness.

You Have:  

  • Experience managing large and complex projects with a geographically dispersed workforce

  • Knowledge of the Marine Corps' Live, Virtual, and Constructive training systems

  • Ability to work closely with staff to direct and control activities for the client

  • Secret clearance

  • Bachelor's degree


Nice If You Have:  

  • Experience as an Operations Officer or Chief of an infantry or other ground combat arms battalion or regiment

  • Knowledge of the Marine Corps Planning Process

  • Ability to coordinate with local commands to develop support plans that incorporate Marine Corps training systems

  • Project Management Professional Certification

  • Graduate of Marine Corps Expeditionary Warfare School, Command and Staff College, or equivalent service level schools

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $112,800.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
