As a systems engineer on our team, you have the chance to shape the Army's Electronic Warfare mission by leading the development of and creating inputs for specific mission data sets (MDS) in support of the US Army. Your customer will trust you to not only design and develop these systems, but also evolve them with advanced technology solutions. On our team, you’ll be able to broaden your skillset into areas like the Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) testing of data sets and in the creation of specific modal radar simulation files used for testing. Grow your skills by merging EW all-source intelligence research and engineering analysis to characterize system performance and capabilities. Join our team and create the future of Electronic Warfare and Army platform protection through Research, Development, Technology, and Evaluation (RDT&E). Ability to travel to approximately 25-50% in the first year of hire to learn the specific MDS programming tool.

You Have:

  • Knowledge of ground, naval and aircraft radar, radars, platforms, and weapon systems
  • Ability to travel to approximately 25-50% in the first year of hire to learn the specific MDS programming tool
  • Ability to support external test events at various US EW test ranges
  • Ability to document and support technical analysis and assessments with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to conduct and verify engineering analysis on weapon systems, platforms, and radar systems
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Ability to support analysis across several technical disciplines
  • Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with MATLAB, Python, and other software-based simulation
  • Experience with military and intelligence databases, including EWIRDB, CED, MIST, OZONE
  • Knowledge of how to interpret emitter signals from data
  • Knowledge of RF Signal parameters and radars & experience with spectrum analyzers and signal analysis
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Top Secret clearance
  • BS or BA degree in Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics
