Administrative Professional

Key Role:

Perform secretarial and administrative duties for executive-level directors in a government product office. Perform duties of a highly confidential nature. Relieve the Principal of administrative duties, including supplying requested information, scheduling appointments, preparing special reports, and obtaining information from sources within or outside of the company. Make independent decisions regarding the planning, organizing, and scheduling of work.

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience in a professional office environment

-Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint

-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

-Secret clearance

-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with developing, staffing, and coordinating Army documents, memorandums, and other materials

-Knowledge of Defense Travel System and Army Correspondence requirements

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-AA or AS degree preferred

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
