Army Budget Analyst

Key Role:
Perform complex financial or administrative reporting for programs or contracts. Conduct cost, schedule, contract performance, variance, and risk analyses and prepare reports as required. Participate in the development of cost controls, procedures, systems, and forecasting techniques to evaluate contract or program status, ensuring compliance with government and customer requirements. Support government mandated cost or accounting management systems, including General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) as required. Provide work leadership for junior employees as required.

Basic Qualifications:
-5+ years of experience as a cost analysis
-Experience with GFEBS, Army Audits, Fund's distribution, yearend closeout reports, and government purchase cards
-Secret clearance
-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:
-Knowledge of 50/50 reports, Computerized Optimization Model for Predicting and Analyzing Support Structures (COMPASS), and the Fiscal Law Application
