Army Program Analyst

Key Role:
Perform complex financial and administrative reporting for programs or contracts. Conduct cost, schedule, contract performance, variance, and risk analyses and prepare reports as required. Participate in the development of cost controls, procedures, systems, and forecasting techniques to evaluate contract and program status, ensuring compliance with government and customer requirements. Provide work leadership for junior employees as required.

Basic Qualifications:
-5+ years of experience in a program analyst role
-Experience with the DoD Acquisition programs, funding profiles, including Operation and Maintenance, Army (OMA), Other Procurement, Army (OPA) and Research Development Test & Evaluation (RDT&E) funds, Unfunded Requirements, Obligations, spend plans, Program Objective Memorandum (POM) Planning, and contract management
-Knowledge of COMPASS and Fiscal Law Applications
-Ability to create pivot tables, and conduct what-if analysis
-Secret clearance
-BA or BS degree
