Project Control Organization Financial Analyst

Key Role:
Maintain responsibility for a wide variety of detailed financial and administrative activities for relatively large or complex programs, organizations, or proposals. Provide analytical support for budget preparation and authorize budget expenditures for the firm, as needed. Recommend procedures to be used to monitor programs, organizations, or proposals. Interpret and implement cost proposal estimating, pricing, and documentation requirements. Define parameters for estimate preparation, as needed. Provide work leadership to junior employees, as needed. This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience with financial management or program control
  • Experience with using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to identify, research, and solve financial problems
  • Secret clearance
  • BA or BS degree or 5+ years of experience with financial management or program control in lieu of a degree


Additional Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience with progressive government contract financial management
  • Experience with cost estimating or financial management for professional services in a DoD environment, including IDIQ professional services at task order level with multiple subcontractors
  • Experience with applying formulas and functions to calculations and analysis in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple activities with varying due dates for deliverables
  • Ability to accomplish financial forecasts based on bottom-up analysis and historical trends

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $49,800.00 to $102,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
