Chief Scientist

Key Role:

Explore data sources through the use and creation of scientific processes and technologies to uncover and communicate business insights. Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts to the development of new principles and concepts. Work on unusually complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions. Operate with substantial latitude for technical competencies at they relate to space systems.

Basic Qualifications:

-8+ years of experience with data science or advanced analytics in a professional work environment

-Experience with presenting results to technical and non-technical audiences

-Ability to exhibit flexibility and initiative when dealing with ambiguous, fast-paced situations

-TS/SCI clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with Air Force research

-Experience with rapid prototyping

-Experience with other stakeholder missions, including the U.S. Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM), USSF, and USSPACECOM, and national agencies

-Experience with AFSIM

-Experience with key space superiority or space control technologies
-MA or MS degree
