Business Process Reengineering SME

Key Role:

Analyze data related to operations, business performance, opportunities, and investments. Gather and interpret data and develop recommendations and reports for management, as needed. Work as a subject-matter leader in the job family. Lead the planning and implementation of large programs in the function and interface with senior management and executive leadership regularly. Provide advice and counsel to the organization in the area of expertise. Play a role in overall functional strategic planning.

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience in a professional work environment

-Experience with developing DoD information models, data standards, and business rules

-Knowledge of the DoD Business Capability Acquisition Cycle (BCAC) process and DoD Business Enterprise Architecture (BEA)

-Knowledge of DoD organizations and structures

-Knowledge of the application of quality management techniques

-Active Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree in Operations Research, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics or Management Science or 10+ years of experience in a DoD real property management field, including real property asset accountability, facility management, installation energy or environment, financial management, enterprise architecture, or IT systems engineering
 

Additional Qualifications:

-10+ years of experience in multiple real property management roles, including energy, installations, and environment fields

-4+ years of experience as OSD, Service, or Joint staff preferred

-Experience with strategic planning, program implementation, risk assessment, and communication preferred

-Experience in interacting with senior level managers and decision makers

-Experience with operational military work preferred

-MA or MS degree in an Engineering field, including Systems or Energy Engineering, Operations Research, Mathematics, Economics, or Computer Management Science preferred
