Cyber Warfare Program Manager, Lead

As a Program manager at Booz Allen, you’ll design, implement, and maintain impactful programs by leading a technical team. The DoD client will trust you to organize and coordinate program objectives, while your team will look to you for leadership as they navigate requirements, budget constraints, and staffing challenges. As a leader, you’ll identify opportunities to grow the business by supporting your client’s mission. You’ll also broaden your expertise in problem management, strategic planning, reviewing contracts, and more.

You Have:

  • 15+ years of experience in a DoD environment
  • Experience in leading and executing engineering and test and evaluation (T&E) activities in planning, developing, and executing policy, guidance, standards, and workforce development efforts
  • Experience in T&E and engineering acquisition activities
  • Experience in establishing working relationships in the DoD and identifying and resolving issues
  • Experience in guiding and managing all technical and programmatic matters of the task order
  • Knowledge of weapon systems or critical infrastructure cybersecurity
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Master’s degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with military cyber operations or OSD staff
  • Experience in an offensive cyber warfare R&D role
  • Knowledge of reviewing contracts, problem management, expense management, project cost accounting, auditing, project management, vendor management, resource coordination, budgeting, tactical planning, quality management, relationship management, program management, performance management, data entry management, data gathering analysis, earned value management (EVM), financial analysis, financial reporting, service request management, problem management process, financial management, supplier management, or strategic planning
  • Project Management Professional Certification
  • IT certifications, including CompTIA Security+, Certified Penetration Testing Engineer (CPTE) or Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH) or EC–Council Certified Incident Handler (ECIH), or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
