GEOINT Product Quality Systems Engineer, Senior

Key Role:

Serve as a senior technical leadership and oversight to GEOINT processing and test activities and direct support to the contractor processing operations and contractor leadership team. Leverage engineering, science and technology experience along with background in GEOINT product generation to drive improvement of GEOINT product generation and quality control. Provide leadership and support to processing activities, and mission system integration, leadership of engineering anomaly, including problem resolution processes across all missions, and leading the engineering Process Improvement Team (PIT) and related investigations and initiatives, including remote engineering process improvement, sharing, and synergizing across all engineering activities. Review technical assessment and reporting of engineering RFCs and DR investigations technical assessment and status of critical engineering activities and milestones to leaders and government customers. Ensure necessary engineering processes and procedures are in place. Leverage technical knowledge of the GEOINT processing system and relevant system engineering expertise.

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience in the intelligence community

-5+ years of experience with the image formation process

-5+ years of experience with using image processing tools, including ENVI and IDL

-Experience with GEOINT systems, including EO, SAR, and IR system capabilities

-Knowledge of GEOINT Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (TCPED)

-TS/SCI clearance

-AA or AS degree in Engineering, Science and Technology and 14 years of experience with GEOINT, BA or BS degree in Engineering, Science and Technology and 10 years of experience with GEOINT, or MS degree in Engineering, Science and Technology and 8+ years of experience GEOINT
