ITSM Change Management Lead

Key Role:

Lead the change management effort and regulate the change process so that only approved and validated changes are incorporated into software rollouts. Manage configuration status accounting and configuration audits by reviewing changes on a weekly basis with the System Owner. Manage and maintain the Atlassian Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) tool, including workflow updates, user management, and dashboarding capabilities. Solicit requirements from the client to enhance existing ITSM tool capabilities and lead the implementation effort.

Basic Qualifications:

-2+ years of experience in a professional work environment

-Experience with Change Management

-Experience in working with JIRA Atlassian Marketplace toolsets

-Active Secret clearance

-BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with customizing Atlassian Marketplace products based on client processes and needs

-Knowledge of business process implementation and maintenance  

​-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
