Program Assessment Lead

Key Role:

Apply in-depth expertise in program and portfolio performance assessments to support program, technical, and financial analysis for selected OSD-level program reviews. Lead the analysis, assessment, and coordination of program performance, employing data analytics, automation, and visualization. Provide findings on natural language processing or other artificial intelligence capabilities, driving efficiencies into data analysis, reducing manual analysis, and focusing manual analyses on areas identified for deeper analysis. Collect, analyze, and effectively communicate information to senior leadership, peers, and colleagues and work collaboratively with organizations within the DoD.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience with supporting the DoD
  • Experience in the DoD acquisition process, including the AAF Major Acquisition pathway
  • Ability to provide insights to senior leaders for decision making through clear, fluent translation of analytical findings to non-technical audience in visualizations, written and graphical presentations
  • Ability to communicate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to work full time on the client site in Alexandria, VA
  • Secret clearance required
  • BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience as Pentagon, OSD, or Service staff
  • TS/SCI clearance preferred
  • MA or MS degree
