Program Control Analyst, Senior


Key Role:

Maintain responsibility for a wide variety of detailed financial and administrative activities for relatively large or complex programs, organizations, or proposals. Anticipate and respond to customer needs, serve as a primary point of contact for customers, as needed, and recommend and develop techniques for estimating parameters for proposals. Prepare budgets for the firm, authorize budget expenditures, as needed, and provide work leadership to junior employees, as needed. Perform detailed financial and program control activities, including budgeting, reporting, estimating, and analysis for large and complex programs, organizations, and proposals for full contract life cycle support. Participate in budget preparation, monitor expenses within Booz Allen, perform cost and schedule variance analysis, and provide resulting recommendations. Prepare the cost-to-complete, including supporting estimates and contract deliverables, respond to contract and program data calls, and participate in contract terms and conditions and statement of work reviews. Prepare detailed financial program management reviews and provide status of key performance metrics. 

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience in a financial management or financial program control environment

-Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including using complex formulas and functions in calculations and analysis in Excel

-Ability to accomplish financial forecasts based on bottoms-up analysis and historical trends

-Ability to think analytically and conduct trend analysis

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree in Business or Finance

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with Deltek Costpoint

-Experience with providing program control or financial management support in a government contracting environment

-Knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills to discuss and resolve administrative and financial issues effectively within a team

-Possession of excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
