Program Control Organization Analyst, Senior

Key Role:

Perform a wide variety of detailed financial and administrative activities for relatively large and complex programs, organizations, or proposals. Anticipate and respond to client needs and serve as a primary point of contact for clients. Recommend and develop techniques for estimating proposal parameters, analyze budgets and budget expenditures, and provide work leadership to junior employees. Initiate subcontract and intercompany purchase requests, monitor expenses, and perform project-level financial management and expense analyses. Participate in cost proposal estimation and documentation processes, contract terms and conditions, and statement of work reviews. Prepare detailed financial program management reviews and provide status of key performance metrics. Provide analysis and recommendations based on results of financial program management reviews and prepare contract deliverables and respond to contract and program data calls.

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience in working with financial data, analysis, and reconciliation of estimations versus actuals

-Experience with Microsoft Office, including proficiency in Excel

-Knowledge of project and program control, pricing, and task reconciliation

-Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), federal budget process, and funds management

-Ability to think analytically and conduct trend analysis

-Ability to manage work with minimal directions, multi-task, and handle high volumes of work

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with applying formulas and functions to calculations and analysis in Excel

-Experience in working with federal government contracts

-Ability to accomplish financial forecasts based on bottom-up analysis and historical trends

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
