Software Developer, Lead

We’re looking for a developer with the advanced skills needed to lead the development of a software application from vision to production-ready system. 
This role is more than just coding. We need an experienced full-stack developer who will use their passion to guide a development team to learn new tools and techniques, identify and implement system improvements, and mentor teammates. Using AGILE life cycle development you’ll build software applications. Your team will analyze the needs and the environment to make sure the solution you’re developing considers the current architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements. As a technical leader, you’ll identify new opportunities to build digital solutions to help your customers meet their toughest challenges. You Have: 

  • Experience with researching, designing, developing, or modifying enterprise-wide systems or applications software 
  • Experience with planning of system and development deployment and being responsible for meeting software compliance standards 
  • Experience with evaluating interface between hardware and software, operational requirements, and characteristics of overall system
  • Experience in documenting testing and maintenance of system corrections 
  • TS/SCI clearance required 
  • BA or BS degree and 12 years of experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) or an MA or MS degree and 10+ years of experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

Nice If You Have: 

  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph preferred
