The Challenge:
Are you looking for an opportunity to build and maintain systems that allow thousands of people to collaborate on issues relating to national security? You know building a good system in Agile development cycles requires more than good developers and light processes. You know continuous testing of software services is necessary to achieve full capability of a user-focused solution.
As a test engineer on our team, you’ll learn how to help customers overcome their most difficult challenges by deploying incremental functionality using the latest DevOps practices. You’ll also have the opportunity to develop operational test procedures, perform technical analysis and participate in systems engineering reviews. As part of our development team, you’ll help create a custom system with consistent performance and scalability. With mentoring, positive test case reviews, and opportunities to learn new tools and skills, we focus on growing as a team to make the best solutions for our customers. You Have:
-5+ years of experience with applying the principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and agile to the design, development, and execution of operational assessment test procedures
-5+ years of experience with developing operational assessment test reports and associated documentation
-Experience with the testing of large scale, distributed “system-of-systems” and micro services
-Experience with automating test code
-Active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
-BA or BS degree and 8 years of experience with engineering or technical work or 12 years of experience with test engineering in lieu of a Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
-Experience with SQL databases
-Experience with DevOps techniques and tools, including continuous integration and deployment
-Experience with translating analytic needs into operational test procedures
-Experience with working in an Agile environment
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
