You’ll lead a team that will partner with government personnel to engage in planning, performing, and reporting on weapon system cyber vulnerability assessments. Cyber Vulnerability Assessments are evaluations of Defense weapons systems cybersecurity and cyber resilience. The cyber vulnerability assessment teams work closely with system owners and stakeholders to understand the technical characteristics and operation of the system, mission objectives, critical functions, networks, and other systems a weapons platform must interact with to fulfill mission objectives.

You Have:

• 8+ years of experience working in the Defense community with cybersecurity programs

• Experience with applying cybersecurity concepts, cybersecurity architecture and engineering principles, security of networks, systems, applications, and data

• Knowledge of principles and techniques associated with cyberspace threats and offensive and defensive cyberspace operations

• Knowledge of vulnerability scanning and penetration testing

• Ability to perform cyber analysis, design, and test of complex systems for US government and DoD Cyber strategy

• Ability to analyze cyber resilience and survivability requirements, translate requirements into designs, implement designs, and test effectiveness

• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Knowledge of security standards and information security and compliance frameworks, controls, and best practices, including SSAE 16, SOC 2 and SOC3, OWASP Top 10, SANS, and NIST

• Knowledge of the NIST Risk Management Framework, processes, and best practices related to the management of information and technology risks

• Master's degree preferred

• IAM Level I Certification

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
