Mobility Project Management Analyst

The Challenge:

As a Mobility Project Management Analyst, you’ll apply your knowledge of and experience with project and product management best practices to optimize team delivery of mobility solutions from proof of concept development to product deployment. You’ll regularly liaise with leads, engineering staff, and program stakeholders to understand project status and assist in the development of timely, strategic communications and briefings that enable client decision-making for many DoD mission-critical technologies. You’ll work closely with the Team Project Lead to identify opportunities for delivery process improvements and leverage your knowledge of project management to implement recommendations. We focus on growing as a team, so we’ll share techniques, work through challenges, and develop new methodologies together.

You Have:

-3+ years of experience with supporting project or product management for IT, cybersecurity, or mobility-related programs

-Experience with developing executive-level briefings and project deliverables

-Experience in working with senior government or military officials on a day-to-day basis

-Experience with conducting stakeholder outreach, including organizing and coordinating meetings

-Experience with managing multiple efforts, including adjusting to shifting priorities and developing solutions quickly

-Experience with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

-Ability to work closely with technical and engineering staff to comprehend and simplify technical concepts

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree

Nice if You Have:

-Experience with tracking and maintaining project risks, actions, and master schedules

-Experience with Enterprise Mobility Management EMM tools, including MobileIron Core or Blackberry UEM and EMM concepts

-Experience with iOS and Android mobile device operating systems

-Experience with Microsoft Project and Visio

-Experience in working with system and software development and implementation concepts

-Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Possession of excellent organizational skills

-Secret clearance
