Program Management Office Staffing Coordinator, Mid

Key Role:

Implement and maintain organizational programs in support of the firm's strategy. Work with program leadership to review contracts, project cost accounting, and tactical planning using tools like MS Excel, Work, or Project and regular interactions with the Program Management Office staff and leadership. Perform as the task specialist for an assigned project and be responsible for technical activities or analyses. Provide analytical support to project managers and directors.

Basic Qualifications:

-2+ years of experience in a program management role focused on government contract management and production of contract deliverables and in financial and data analysis

-2+ years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to develop communications and graphics

-Ability to perform all required staffing start/stop/transition actions in PMO systems/tools

-Ability to conceptualize, format, structure, write, edit, and finalize government contract data and analyses

-Ability to process, provide quality review, and obtain appropriate approvals for analyst submissions for Government client training and conference attendance requests

-Ability to maintain MS Excel Roster File and ensure quality accuracy with other databases requiring strict attention to detail

-Ability to process Task Authorizations to staff in compliance with BAH procedures while providing Departures Analysis in support of weekly client meeting, and periodic reporting to leadership

-Ability to provide MSR Quality Review working with MSR Coordinator

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph 

-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with intelligence client

-Bachelor's degree
