Property and Inventory Management Specialist

Key Role:

Perform property administration duties and maintain responsibility for all property tracking and reporting, including conducting annual inventories, assisting with equipment disposition process, and coordinating with government property managers. Support hardware and software asset management, including acquisition, control, accountability, disposition, and management of these assets throughout their life cycle. Conduct equipment or asset inventory, including the preparation of preliminary paperwork and performance of physical inventory. Perform annual inventory quality assurance and control. Research inventory errors to resolve discrepancies prior to finalization of inventory reports. Manage and maintain data exporting and importing across database systems.

Basic Qualifications:

-Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

-Ability to provide a high level of attention to detail to ensure proper procedures are followed

-Ability to present findings to management verbally and in writing

-Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and expectations

-Active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

-1+ years of experience in a property custodian role

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills, including correspondence, reports, and documentation

-Possession of excellent organizational skills, including prioritizing competing priorities
 

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
