Software Systems Administrator, Mid

We’re looking for a systems administrator with a solid background in database and Windows operating environments to help us sustain and enhance Combatant Commands satellite communications access and workflow.

As a systems administrator on our project, you’ll ensure the current infrastructure is functional and available, update and patch critical systems, maintain development lab baseline, and support system enhancements. You’ll help customers overcome tough challenges through monitoring and performance management. Your technical expertise will be vital as you identify problem areas and opportunities for improvement in a mission critical network. Your experience and communication skills will come in handy as you turn metrics into information and communicate their meaning. We focus on growing as a team, so we’ll share techniques, work through challenges, and develop new methodologies together. You Have:

  • Experience with database and system security
  • Experience with network administration
  • Knowledge of Oracle administration 12c-19c and tuning
  • Knowledge of Oracle WebLogic administration
  • Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with SQL
  • Experience with creating tables, views, and scripts for Oracle
  • Experience with XML schemas
  • Knowledge of MilCloud integrated service
  • Top Secret clearance
  • BA or BS degree

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
