Key Role:
Support a variety of internal and client-facing initiatives in support of public health programs. Engage with clients to help them understand their organization and crystalize their goals, asking the right questions to draw out the client’s objectives and vision. Analyze and succinctly present data related to policy, operations, strategy, business performance, opportunities, and investments. Gather and interpret data and develop recommendations and reports for management. Support the planning and implementation of large programs and initiatives, and regularly interface with management, both internally and client-facing. Apply expert understanding of public health disciplines to design, develop, and implement programs and policies. This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience supporting efforts in the areas of strategy, policy analysis, government relations, and communications
Ability to ask the right questions and engage client stakeholders
Ability to perform deep and thoughtful reviews or written deliverables
Ability to work independently and within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Ability to conduct independent research, lead client-facing efforts, and create client-ready deliverables
Ability to collaborate with internal teams and vendor teams as needed
Ability to define methodologies, work with teams to conduct data-driven qualitative and quantitative analysis, and make recommendations
Ability to obtain a security clearance
Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
Ability to develop and manage client relationships
Ability to ramp up quickly in new subject matter areas
Possession of excellent data analysis and presentation development skills
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Possession of excellent critical thinking, problem solving, and consulting skills
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Compensation:
The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is 135,000 to 145,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
