Key Role:
Act as the clients’ most trusted advisor and essential partner. Leverage highly-developed expertise in domains, stakeholder relationships, and advanced capabilities. Identify stakeholders’ business and system requirements, and translate or decompose those needs into actionable software requirements, test criteria, and scenarios. Support the developers in an Agile environment. Work with your team of developers, Cloud engineers, and business analysts to identify the clients’ business needs, gather user requirements, and develop user stories. Learn to understand the overall direction and nuanced user needs clearly, and support your team as they fulfill these needs by creating deployable features. This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience with gathering or documenting technical requirements
Experience with IT services, technology analysis or tactical projects
Knowledge of developing, testing, or programing management support
Knowledge of documenting business rules and impacted processes or functional specifications
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with facilitating requirements gathering and tracking requirements across multiple teams
Experience with using Microsoft Office 365 or Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work with leadership, functional groups, and development teams
Ability to work independently under general direction
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Clearance:

The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is $65,000 to $100,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
