Business Analyst, Mid

Key Role:

Analyze financial data related to operations, business performance, opportunities, and investments. Gather and interpret financial data and develop recommendations and reports for management. Manage program and project implementation and make significant contributions to department goals and planning efforts.

Basic Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience in a of professional work environment

-Experience with working in multi-stakeholder, technical, and matrixed organizational environments

-Experience with building and maintaining client relationships, including resolving issues to the satisfaction of clients while maintaining business value

-Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

-Ability to work independently, creatively, and analytically in a problem-solving environment

-Ability to assess information critically, communicate priority findings to teams, and manage client and team relationships successfully

-Ability to be flexible, show initiative and innovation, and deal with ambiguous and dynamic situations 

-Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree required

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience in a program management office

-Experience with Navy or Service staff as military, civilian, or contractor, including Joint Staff, OPNAV, or Navy SYSCOMs

-Ability to contribute in a team-oriented environment

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
